[Las Vegas, Nevada]- Convening in Las Vegas this week to talk money and compare braincells, the world’s 0.1% prepared to “wow” commoners with their next biggest project. This year, they aim their attention below the Earth’s crust and toward the core. This solid ball of hot iron and nickel is the smallest and deepest layer of the planet and is located in the center.

Billionaires voted on then unveiled a 5-year long funding plan to pull cash from their pockets and companies. The money would be used to buy sections of the core from different governments and cover maintenance costs which include weekly cleaning and clearing mining equipment. Experts estimate that the plan will generate 24 billion dollars in 10 years with profits based on commodity selling.

However, the plan did not come without controversy. Socialists and anti-toppercenters point out that the money generated from mining will be stored in a safe in the mantle, another layer of the planet. This would make it immune to taxes and leave the wealth untouchable. Members of the meeting have no plan to invest the money elsewhere but insiders say it may be used as part of another plan to buy Saturn. Till we meet again fellow peasants.
